ABOUT WORSHIP/LYRICAL
Worship/Lyrical integrates the mind, body, and spirit through movement. This class will work through character and integrity issues and explore self-expression in dance. Higher-level classes will include contemporary skills and floor work.
Ballet is a requirement for this class because we work the body to focus on the heart in Worship/Lyrical.

WHAT TO WEAR FOR WORSHIP/LYRICAL
- Attire – Solid Color leotard and tights (convertible or footless only.)
- Shoes – Bare feet or paws.
- Hair – All hair must be pulled back into a ponytail or pigtails or bun.
- Optional – Tight pants or booty shorts with a 5-inch inseam over tights.
